How do I buy a pair of Wedberry?

Shopping at Wedberry is as easy as having a piece of cake:

2. If you are looking to order online choose from Ready-to-Wear(click)

I want a Customized pair of Wedberry shoes. Do you make one ?

Yes. Please check out Customize like the king page and then fix a visit from the product page.

Please note that our delivery timeline is maximum 14 days but we will try to deliver your order as soon as possible.

I want a ready to wear pair of Wedberry shoes. Do you sell one ?

Yes. Please check out Ready to wear collections and then place the order from there.

How to choose my perfect size?

Wedberry offers 7 size range from 40 to 46 of UK standard.

For customization point we also offer these sizes in 2 types of foot shape : Narrow and Broad. So if you are Book Free Appointment (Currently in Ahmedabad) then our sales executive would come with trail sizes pairs. You can wear the trail size pairs and choose size comfortable to you.

In case you are looking for Ready to wear collections (click) and are ordering online then please refer the size chart available on product page. Wedberry follows UK standards sizing, which is followed by every global footwear brands.

Why team Wedberry need to visit my home/any other location?

There has been the no King who went out from his palace for shopping. Rather he invited sellers to his palace.

We need to meet in person only when you need customized shoe. Because Wedberry offers ocean of customization options. Many models, colors, materials and even accessories are best chosen when in person.

Currently we do not operate from any offline store and only have an online appointment system where in we visit your place and book your order.

For ready-to-wear collections you can place online order directly from our website and we do not need to meet in person.

I like a Wedberry shoe and I want it to be made from the same cloth material of my Sherwani/Jodhpuri/Koti/Kurta/Blazer etc Would you do it ?

Yes. We love to make matching pair of Wedberry. In fact our main core expertise lies in offering our customer total satisfaction to the core. That is why we have added 100% customized collections where in you choose design and accessories from Wedberry catalogue, provide us your cloth material and we make it your pair of Wedberry.

What is the cloth size a pair of Wedberry reauires?

Your Wedberry pair would need 2 pieces of cloths each having size of 13 inch x 14 inch or total cloth for a pair 25 inch x 14 inch.

How can I provide my matching Sherwani/Jodhpuri/Blazer etc cloth ?

Give us any of your cloth material from which you want your Wedberry pair.

Your Wedberry pair would need 2 pieces of cloths each having size of 13 inch x 14 inch or total cloth for a pair 25 inch x 14 inch.

1. If you are buying ready made from any ethnic apparel outlet

Every ethnic apparel store has extra piece of cloth available with them for shoe/mojri. The cost of which is already included in your apparel and thus you don't need to pay any extra amount.

You can ask them to give it to you saying you want your shoe to be made on your own. Please get it measured from them to ensure it is of the size as mentioned above.

2. If you are buying tailor made from any boutique / designer / tailor

You can ask them extra cloth in a size mentioned above and give it to you saying you want your shoe to be made on your own.

Next: You can then courier us (we will reimburse charges) or ask us to collect it from you.

Do I need to courier my cloth material for matching customized pair ?

No need to worry. Kindly contact us and we will arrange the pickup from your location. So as to prevent cloth from stain and dust, please ensure to pack in any polytene/plastic bag.

Please check cloth size of any one from below :

1. Two (2) pieces of cloths each having size of 13 inch x 14 inch or

2. Total cloth for a pair 25 inch x 14 inch.

The ethnic apparel seller/maker refuses to give me the cloth for my Wedberry pair. What should I do ?

Since customer is the king in the market. This situation is least likely to happen, but still if you face this situation you have 3 choices:

1. You can refuse to buy from that store as they are not respecting the consumer's rights. And buy from the store who is respecting the consumer's rights, and thus provide you the cloth in the size mentioned in above point.

2. You can customize from inhouse Wedberry materials (we have 60 of them) or buy matching pair from pre-designed collections and get matched with your sherwani and stop worrying about matching cloth.

3. If you don't choose either 1 or 2 then unfortunately we can't get exact same cloth like you have on your apparel and thus you can't buy a Wedberry pair.

What is advance payment and how it works?

While all other brands take 100% advance. At Wedberry you just need to make only 50% advance payment for our customized and pre-designed collections only. This amount of advance will get adjusted during the order delivery and you just need to pay the remaining unpaid amount at the time of delivery.

Since, both these collections are especially made just for you and are unique in nature. This order can not be sold to any other customer in case this order gets cancelled and this results in huge monetary loss to us and to our craftsman.

Thus learning from the past experience we now start he order processing once the advance payment is made.

Example:

  • Order Value : Rs 10,999.00
  • Advance (50%) : Rs 5,500.00
  • Balance (Unpaid) : Rs 5,499.00

Since you would have paid Rs 5,500.00 while booking your order, now you need to pay only Rs 5,499 at the time of delivery.

For ready-to-wear collections you don't need to make any advance payment. You can place the order in a regular online ordering manner.

Why do I need to make 50% advance payment?

While all other brands take 100% advance. At Wedberry you just need to make only 50% advance payment for our customized and pre-designed collections only. This amount of advance will get adjusted during the order delivery and you just need to pay the remaining unpaid amount at the time of delivery.

Can I buy Wedberry from your offline store?

Currently we do not operate from any offline store and only have an online appointment system where in we visit your place and book your order.

What is Full Payment option?

Full payment as in 100% of order value as advance payment to secure your order placement.

What payment methods are accepted by Wedberry?

We accept UPI, Rupay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro credit and debit cards. We also have Pre Payment by Cash and Net Banking options.

Please note that we accept all methods of payment as available on payment page.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No. You can browse through the collection without creating an account and select merchandise you like, add to cart which will automatically take you to account creation step. Fill the required information and you then place the order.

Sign up with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits through your Wedberry account:

  2. Request your return or exchange directly from your account

How do I know if an item is in stock?

We are never out of stock. We operate on pre-order system where in you can order what you like and get them delivered within 14 days.

Are the colours of products shown on the website accurate?

While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any colour will be completely accurate, as color display vaires from devices to devices. But rest assured we also mention color on our product description so you can match them from other sources too.

Is it safe to use my credit card online at Wedberry?

At Wedberry, your personal online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system. You may also choose to securely store your credit card details with us. This means you will not have to enter them again during future purchases, making it quicker and simpler to shop at Wedberry.

Do I need to remember my password?

No. You don't need to remember you password anymore. We have an all new login process which enables you to login via entering a OTP code sent to your email ID.

Can I add items to an existing order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you place a new order and Contact us if we can manage combined delivery of your multiple orders we will try our best.

How will I know you received my order & when will payment be deducted?

How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

The price shown for every product at our store is inclusive of all duties & taxes. Rest assured, you don't have to pay anything above.

Does Wedberry have seasonal sale?

Yes. We do have seasonal sale offers and promotions. We keep on adding new collections and products.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

Please contact us. We will try but we can't be sure if the order is already dispatched for delivery process.
